After a training camp at Altitude in South Africa, Great Britain 1500m & 800m Archie Davis travels to Kenya to finish his Altitude training camp before going home for the Indoor track season.

The Workout was 1200m, 1000m, 800m x2 with 200m jog recovery. In the Adidas Adios 6. Then Archie put on the Nike Dragonfly to do 600m, 400m, 300m and 200m in 1:33, 57, 41 and 25.
Sean Tobin did 8x1K starting at 3:03 and working his way down to 2:57 per 1K. Sean is coming back from injury so he is still very much in his base training phase.
