Follow Kevin DeGroff as he trains for the 2021 Boston Marathon. This will be Kevin's 8th marathon! Kevin's training takes place in the deserts of Arizona on two large hills to simulate the Newton Hills in Boston. The first hill Kevin has been training on is called Usuary Pass and is about 3.5 miles long. The second hill is called Las Sendas Hill and is 2 miles long. These two hills combined equal 1120 elevation gain. Kevin also has been training in Utah and Northern Arizona on additional hills. Follow Kevin as he fulfills a dream of his to run the Boston Marathon. Kevin's bib number is 1228. Enjoy!
