This is the first episode of hopefully a new series Track and Field "hot topics", where we get a high profile guest from within the sport of running and get their opinions on recent news within the running world.

On this episode we were joined by Ben Crawford is is responsible for New generation track and field, but also the Ben Crawford videos in Boulder, Colorado in 2020. His videos featured the likes of Cooper Teare, Cole Hocker, Evert Silver, The athlete special, Zach Levet and many more!
