Finally we saw the arrival of the most dominant team in weightlifting, team China. They split into two groups, the men and the women, training in separate slots. The men's tea, arrived too early and got kicked... that didn't stop 81kg snatch sensation Lu Delin from doing his thing however!

We also saw exciting sessions from Lesman Paredes, Peng Cuiting, Zulfiya Chinshanlo, and more.
