The annual cross country championships for Cumbria took place at Fitz Park, Keswick. It was a challenging and muddy course for all the age groups.

Race 5: the ladies had three long laps and the men had four. After the 1st one it is a very mixed race. I captured them as they came down the back field and as they returned to go up the hill and along the top on both laps. Some competitive battles within the race.
