Did I Reach My Fitness Goals? FTP and Lactate Test Results Revealed!
In this video, I'm sharing my 7-week training results in cycling and running, including my lactate and FTP values, weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels.
I started my training journey with a goal to improve my overall fitness and endurance. - but not for vanity or race output - to make life changing and life improving differences. I tracked my progress by measuring my lactate and FTP levels weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels at the start and end.
After seven weeks of consistent training (aside from 6 days off with a cold!), I'm excited to share my progress with you. In this video, you'll see my lactate and FTP results, which have significantly improved since I started my training - albeit with an interesting twist! Additionally, I'll share my current weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels, which have all improved as well.
Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to my health and fitness, I'm proud of what I've accomplished in just seven weeks. I hope this video will inspire and motivate you to pursue your own fitness goals and make positive changes in your life.
