So... I've decided to start adding in a double threshold workouts into my training plan. This is after seeing multiple athletes do so and after reading the Ingebrigtsen's do it. If it's good enough for them it's good enough for me! I find it's a great way of doing lots of volume but not all in one go so you can recover better. Make sure you don't over cook it though like I did haha.

The workout's I choose this week were:
a.m - 4x1 mile in Hoka Clifton 8s
p.m - 4 min tempo, 4x4 mins hard, 2x2 mins on the road in Vaporfly 1's
