Jake kicks off his 2023 indoor season with a 3000m at the BMC Sheffield indoor meet in the UK. Jake decided to kickoff his season with a 3000m to strengthen his base and work on his racing endurance. Jake is now off to South Africa for another 3 week training stint before traveling to the US to race a 3k at Boston.

Jake Wightman is a Scottish professional middle distance runner competing primarily in the 1500m. He recently won Gold in the 1500m at the 2022 World Championships.
