I check in for a week summary of my health and wellness (social, mental, and physical) this past week (Monday 11 to Sunday 17 December 2023). It was a fun week with family visiting, a mental push week to keep on top of things, and physically good for making my workouts and weight maintenance.

- Fed the critters all of their meals this week; interactions while walking/running (Jane Blaylock and Mike Doubleday on Monday).
- Wedding discussions with my parent(s) continued (third or fourth consecutive week overall this holiday season with names/pictures/location/print-outs/text, Dominik Szoboszlai and Jakob Ingebrigtsen, discussions in some form about the marriage/wedding/true love go back to approximately January/February 2018).
- My cousin John Dale (lives in Idaho) visited Thursday to Friday.
- 2:03 - Other outings with social interactions included:
- Quality Food Centers - QFC (grocery store, Sunday).

2:10 - Mental - a lot of push to keep up with things.
- 2:18 - Writing and photography on Yelp - was named by Yelp as Number 43 on the 50 Most Prolific Elites 2023 list; reached 19 written and published reviews for December 2023; reached 421 written and published reviews for the 2023 year thus far; increased my all-time personal best for number of reviews in any one December and any one calendar year; reached 604 check-ins for the 2023 year (per my tracking) - new all time personal best for me for any one calendar year.
- 2:52 - Writing for Lucky Wallaby Courier (LWC) - hypothetical wedding planning; eating/food; wildlife; new award/honour; presents for Christmas 2023 (Monday 25 December 2023); walking tour; living/moving/places lived in Washington State.
- 3:27 - YouTube - hypothetical wedding planning; themed day of the week videos through Tuesday (ended my streak with a number of 251 consecutive days of these videos), restarted on Thursday; at least one sweet and/or savory eats video each day (filmed and published same-day) through Tuesday (consecutive days streak lasted 88 days - Saturday 16 September 2023 to Tuesday 12 December 2023, inclusive); curation; started thinking through a paginated (such as 50 pages per video) book/reading notes approach; vlog (slideshow with text transitions and overlays) from when I moved within the Seattle area (2010 to 2011).

- Made $30.00 cleaning my parents' part of the house.
- Current sweet and/or savory eats videos fund (including gas expenses) is at $12.41 (spent $0.00 since fund at $12.41 on Sunday 10 December 2023 - last Sunday; 9 videos, 12 products, 0 gas fueling).

5:35 - Physical (diet/food and exercise).
- Started menstruating 3 days early.
- Did good on maintenance food intake/weight regulation.
- Running - made my workouts 4 out of 4 days.
- Rowing - made my workouts 6 out of 6 days.
- Strength training - made my workouts 6 out of 6 days.
- Cleaning house/yard work - made all my workouts (2 days).
- Stationary bicycle - made my workouts 2 out of 2 days.
