Event FIVE from Ireland's Cerberus Cup 3.0 Strongman Competition 2021 which was held at Galway Strength & Performance gym (GSP)

This video sees athletes lifting an Atlas stone over a 4ft high bar for as many reps as possible ( amrap ) within 60 seconds
