Jakob Ingebrigtsen is seemingly always improving. In 2018, Jakob had a tremendous season with 5 individual Junior European Championship victories as well as his famous outdoor double by winning the 1500 and 5000 at the European Championships.

Since the start of 2019, Jakob has already lowered multiple personal bests, including his mile (3:51) and his 5000 (13:02).

In this video, we'll continue exploring the true potential of Jakob Ingebrigtsen and how fast he will be able to run in the future.
