Norway’s king of the track was at it again on Thursday, roared on by a packed crowd in the Munich Olympic stadium, winning 1500m gold.
After his 5,000m golden show 48 hours before, Jakob Ingebrigtsen was in cruise-control around the four laps, storming to a 'double double' glory.
Not content with a mighty medal haul, Ingebrigtsen, still only 21, also smashed the championship record, clocking 3 mins 32.76 secs.
