Team GB's John Gimson and Anna Burnet reflect on their silver medal in the mixed Nacra class at the Olympic Games.

Gimson looked back on his long and arduous journey towards the medal. Twice his previous disciplines - the Tornado and the Star - got dropped as a class. He also sold a house to help fund his sailing passion.

He and Burnet, competing at their first Olympics, were also deeply affect by the British sailing community's loss of Andrew "Bart" Simpson, who was killed in a capsize in 2013 in San Francisco while training for the America's Cup.
