Marc Scott celebrated his 28th birthday with some fast intervals with friends Phil Sesemann, Emile Cairess and David Mullarkey. Phil and Emile are preparing for Valencia 10km in a few weeks and Marc is in base period and is aiming at World Indoors in a few months time while David is also in base training.
