Welcome to Nell Rojas's NYC Marathon Prep Training Block Youtube Series! Nell is currently preparing for the TCS New York City Marathon taking place on November 6th. This is a summary of the 6th week of the 8 week Marathon training block.

3rd Mile - 4:58
4th Mile - 5:20 with surge
5th Mile - 5:10 with kick
