In this video, I take a look at the new Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% 3 - the 3rd version of the best known carbon plated "super" shoe. To help to test the shoes, I feature an interval session of 14x400, 60s rest from Old Station Way in Bordon, Hampshire - the site of the old Bordon railway station from which a line went north through Kingsley to connect to the mainline at Bentley and also the Longmoor Military Railway to Liss to the south.
