A quick throwback to the Oslo Diamond League in June, where we had David McCarthy and Johnny Pace witness some historic times like Karsten Warholm's 46.52 comeback run in the 400m hurdles; 17-year-old Ethiopian Birke Haylom ran 4:17.13 for the mile; Jakob Ingebrigtsen ran 3:27.95 to dip under 3:28 while Yared Nuguse broke the American record in 3:29.02.

At the very end of the trip, David gets an important call.
