Phil Sesemann & Emile Cairess have Valencia 10km coming up in 3.5 weeks time and today they hit some intervals with training partners Ossama Meslek & Andy Smith at the Brownlee Centre in Leeds.

The workout starts with a 4 mile threshold effort, followed by 4 * 1 mile intervals a bit faster. The recovery after the 4 miles is 90seconds and around 1minute between the 1 mile intervals.

The workout is overlooked by coach Andy Henderson.
