We hung out with Jakob Ingebrigtsen and other elite Nike athletes as Berlin Track Club put on a night of PB's and fast track racing. I took on my first EVER 5000m track race aiming for sub19 minutes. Did I do it? Watch to find out!

MY BACKGROUND:
I have 11 years experience working within the sport retail environment with Pro Direct Sport, getting insights on running product, hearing from athletes, coaches and working closely with running brands and publications. Personally I have completed multiple marathons, ultras, parkruns and everything in between but this was my first time on track for the 5000m.
