Charlotte Bell displayed a dominate kick to win the 2023 HOKA Festival of Miles high school girls race in a meet record 4:41.33.

Samantha Humphries also broke the meet record running 4:41.93 for 2nd place.

Leah Stephens took third in a speedy 4:42.19.
