I’m training for the POCARI SWEAT 2.4km Run on 13-14 Nov. I’m trying to beat my own personal best of 9:14 on 17 July 2019 (said it incorrectly in the video) and possibly break into the sub-9 min range.

My training routine consists of 400m interval runs, interval sprints, 5km runs and weighted runs, and bodyweight training.

At the same time I’m trying to motivate more people to run and exercise in general.
