I’m training for the POCARI SWEAT 2.4km Run which has now been postponed once again to 8-9 Jan 2022. My training routine consists of 400m interval runs, interval sprints, 5km runs and weighted runs, and bodyweight training.
At the same time I’m trying to motivate more people to run and exercise in general.
