Djilali Bedrani is an Olympic 3000m Steeplechaser (best time: 8:05), preparing for the 2022 World Championships. He is also looking to 'kill' his 1500m pb at the European indoor season.
Follow him while preparing for both, with a track speedwork session at Tambach, Kenya. He talks about his plans for 2022, how a good breakfast is crucial before a big session, his shoe rotation and the differences between training for a fast 1500m and a controlled 3000m Steeplechase.
Joining him is Julian Ranco (1500m runner) and a small group of Kenyan Road Runners.

Session:
10 x 600m (1:45/200m Recovery) ; 5 x 300m
