It was pouring outside, so decided the treadmill was the way to go. It's always important to remember to observe certain factors while on the treadmill. It's an expensive piece of equipment with tons of data and you're probably wearing an expensive watch that adds tons more data.
You would think that these two things would give you a reasonable way to guide your workout, but that's usually not the case. Your overall distance and your pace while running on a treadmill is often just fantasyland and may not be even close.
The best way to approach these workouts is to just go by perceived effort and if you're wearing a heart rate monitor you can also use that to gauge your heart rate zone. Also don't go by total distance since it's usually inaccurate, The best thing to do is to go by total duration and time spent running. ????♂️????
