Thanks to Sifan Hassan and Femke Bol, the Netherlands looks like an athletics powerhouse - while Norway looks like a superpower thanks to Jakob Ingebrigtsen and Karsten Warholm. But is this really the case? Well maybe, but I think the health of athletics in a country is better reflected in the 'placings table'. It's a shame that World Athletics doesn't seem to agree (any more).
