Tokachi is the first IJN light cruiser to be added to the game for a while, and is certainly an interesting addition - fast, fun, not broken - which incorporates the general elements of the IJN cruiser playstyle. The typical aggressive characteristics and lack of support capabilities.

Let's see is future japanese light cruisers follow that pattern!
